5. Delivery & Inspection发货和检验

 (a)Delivery  : Through 20” container by bulk packing within 55 working days.

发货：在5个工作日之内按堆通过20尺柜

 (b)Loading port: Bandar Abbas. Iran

装运港：伊朗阿巴斯港

 (c) Inspection :  SGS at loading port, CIQ at discharge port.

检验：装运港SGS，卸货港CIQ

 (d) Shipment: Partial shipment is allowed

装运：允许分批装运

 (e)Pbg     : 2% 履约保证2%

6. Price & Payment :

 (a) Price: USD140/DMT C&F      Shanghai or China main port(Buyer to declare when sign FCO accepted)

价格：140美元/干吨，CFR上海或中国主要港口（买方需要签署FCO）

 (b)Payment: Irrevocable, Transferable, confirmed L/C at sight with 98% provisional payment upon loading and 2% final payment based on CIQ inspection results.
